We had a big trade on JPMorgan Chase (JPM) that I’d like to share with you. This was a textbook setup for swing traders who are comfortable holding positions for several weeks or even a few months

Now, let’s look at one of the short-term trade setups we identified in Oil during the second week of July.

JPM Trade Setup - 02 March 2026 / H4

JPM remains in a long-term bullish trend. From its all-time low of approximately $3.22 in November 1990, the stock has developed into a clear impulsive structure.

At the time of the setup, JPM was either in an extended wave 3 or wave 5 of the larger impulse sequence. In either case, our analysis suggested that the long-term bullish cycle was not yet complete. Therefore, our preferred strategy remained to buy the dips rather than chase the stock at higher prices.

On 2 March 2026, a bullish setup emerged from our green buying zone between $285 and $260.

We recommended buying JPM from $285, with the stop loss at $260. The setup was shared with members through the H4 chart, and we also updated our trading spreadsheet with the JPM long position, stop loss, and target.

Trigger & Profit — 12th March 2026, H4

The green zone got triggered on 5th March and price stayed in the zone throughout that week and up to 12th March. After about a week of the trigger, price broke away from the green zone where we bought the stock at $285.

The stock completed a 5-wave bounce from the zone to boost our confidence that this could be another great trade. After the 5-wave bounce, a 3-wave dip followed and found support, as the chart below shows. We therefore called higher prices. Eventually, the price followed through as the subsequent charts below show.

The stock was in wave 3 of (5) with a target at $447. Eventually it broke above wave 1 for us to book profit on most of our position.

With the next target at $447, we like to buy again from the next green zone when it happens, either on the 30 mins chart, H4 chart or even the daily chart.

Now, let’s look at one of the short-term trade setups we identified in Oil during the second week of July.

Silver Trade Setup - 01 July 2026 / 30mins Charts

Silver is in a bearish cycle from late January 2026. However, this bearish run appears incomplete. We shared the chart below on 1st July 2026 to The Wave Chartist private Discord server.

We identified a double zigzag structure close to completing wave ((iv)) of the bearish leg from 13th May. We provided subscribers with the orange zone - 62.03-65.03 where they can put in a short position. In addition, we provided the entry, exit and target prices. We set our target at $56 with the stop loss a bit above $65 and entry at nearly $62.

We followed up with the chart below on 2nd July 2026

TRIGGER & PROFIT - 03 July, 2026 / 30mins

On 3rd July, we shared the chart below to show shorts triggered in the orange zone. Thus, we identified the price falling at least to $56, where we intent taking profit.

Silver plummeted as expected and hit the $56 target.

Now, let’s look at one of the short-term trade setups we identified in Oil during the second week of July.

Trade Setup - 10th July 2026 / 30mins Charts

Following what appeared to be a de-escalation in the Middle East — effectively a “cease-fire” between the US and Iran — Oil prices started falling from the $109.50 peak.

The war-induced rally into that high had completed the 3rd wave of a bullish impulse structure that originated from the April 2025 low.

The subsequent cease-fire then triggered a 4th-wave decline, which lasted for more than three months.

However, the bullish trend began to resurface on July 2, 2026, marking the potential start of the 5th wave.

The resurgence initially completed an impulse wave structure and then began correcting lower, as shown on the chart below.

We shared this setup with members through our twice-per-day intraday updates.

We concluded that the structure should eventually produce another 5-wave move higher.

There were two possibilities:

1. The resurgence was itself a 5-wave rally, forming the 5th wave of the larger bullish sequence from April 2025.

2. The resurgence was only a 3-wave bounce, which could be followed by another leg lower before the next major bullish cycle began.

Based on this structure, we identified the $70.83–$68.49 area as a potential buying zone for members.

We expected that the wave (b) decline would eventually reach this zone, providing an opportunity to position for the next move higher.

TRIGGER & PROFIT - 17th July, 2026 / 30mins

Trigger & Profit — July 17, 2026 | 30-Minute Chart

Price eventually reached our green buying zone, bounced strongly, and continued significantly higher.

As the structure developed, it became increasingly clear that the 5th wave from the April 2025 low had begun.

This meant the bearish cycle that started in March 2026 had likely completed.

On the July 17 chart above, Oil entered a sideways triangle structure for wave (iv) of ((i)).

If you are familiar with trading Elliott Wave triangles, you know what we were watching for - A breakout from the triangle to the upside.

Once price broke higher, the setup provided another opportunity to participate in the bullish continuation.

On July 23, we shared the chart above, along with that of nine other instruments, through our intraday updates.

Price subsequently broke out of the triangle and continued higher.

Therefore, whether you entered from our original $70.83–$68.49 buying zone or traded the subsequent triangle breakout, the structure provided an opportunity to capture the bullish move toward the projected targets.

This is exactly why we continuously monitor our setups and update them as the Elliott Wave structure develops.

The initial trade idea is only part of the process. Understanding what price is doing after entry is equally important.

What next for Oil?

Oil has now entered a new bullish cycle — the 5th wave of the larger bullish sequence that began from the April 2025 low.

Based on the current Elliott Wave structure, the technical target for this 5th wave is in the $126–$136 area.

However, that does not necessarily mean Oil will move there in a straight line.

The current resurgence could experience a correction next week, or one of its internal 3rd or 5th waves could continue to extend higher.

Therefore, our focus remains on buying the dips rather than chasing the rally.

As the structure develops, we will continue monitoring the 30-minute chart and provide members with the next green zone to consider for a long position through our twice-per-day intraday updates.

The objective remains the same:

Follow the structure. Wait for the setup. Manage the risk. Let the market do the rest.

Here is a bearish setup we spotted on Gold in late June

When XAUUSD broke below the 23 March low, it confirmed that the bearish cycle from the late January 2026 high was extending, signaling further downside. Following the breakdown, we consistently advised members to sell rallies rather than attempt to pick a bottom.

Interestingly, Gold has now completed a 5-swing decline from the 17 April 2026 high. Since our preferred Elliott Wave structure calls for at least a 7-swing sequence, the short-term outlook remains bearish. In line with this view, we identified a high-probability selling zone on the 30-minute chart and shared the setup with members in our intraday updates.

Trade Setup - 26th June 2026 / 30mins Charts

After wave 4 of (A) completed on 17 June, Gold resumed its decline, breaking to a fresh low within the bearish cycle that began in January 2026. The subsequent recovery unfolded as wave (iv), presenting another opportunity to align with the prevailing downtrend.

Based on this outlook, we advised members to sell the bounce from the orange resistance zone between 4067 and 4119, as highlighted on the 30-minute chart published on 26 June 2026.

TRIGGER & PROFIT - 29th June, 2026 / 30mins

Before the end of that week, the price triggered the sell zone and members went short in a pending order. The second chart shows the metal fell sharply to complete the 3rd minute wave of 5 of (A) after shedding 155 points from the zone to reach over 1:2 RRR for premium Discord subscribers.

Bitcoin has been one of our best performers in the past months as we continued to add to short positions to compound profits. Before the recent fall started, we explained to members why we preferred to sell cryptos instead of selling Indices from the very top. This was the exact opposite of the March rallies in risk assets when we decided to buy indices, as we explained in this SPX long setup (click to read). This was how we put it to members:

Buy Indices on risk-on when risk assets rally and sell cryptos on risk off when risk assets correct rallies.

This statement worked perfectly as we went long on NASDAQ and SPY at the very start of the late March bullish cycle while we have been selling cryptos when risk was correcting the late March rallies in May.

One of the bearish crypto setups was the one shared when we caught Bitcoin from the very high of the May sell-off. Click to read. We recommended to members to short from the orange zone. BTC ‘crashed’ to our profit target. However, that was not all. We continued to sell as we believed the target of the broader bearish cycle from October 2025 was not yet reached. Thus, we anticipated more downside.

Trade Setup - 11th June 2026 / 30mins Charts

After price broke into a new low, reaching our targets of the May 2026 trade, we recommended to members to wait for another bounce to sell again. A corrective bounce started as expected and is shown in the 30-minute chart below shared on 11th June 2026 to the Discord server.

TRIGGER - 15th June, 2026 / 30mins

The chart below shows the update on 15th June. Members went short at 65957 and set stop at 68250 as recommended in the trading room.

PROFIT - May/June, 2026 / 4-Hour

The charts below show what happened in the subsequent days as the crypto sold off to our targets.

We booked profit at 1:3 Risk-to-Reward Ratio. Meanwhile, we had a similar set on Ethereum we took alongside this trade, which also fell to our profit target. It was spot on!

Here’s a look at one of our biggest crypto wins in recent weeks.

As optimism swept through the crypto market following the February-to-May recovery, we urged our members to remain cautious rather than chase the rally.

Using our Elliott Wave analysis, intermarket relationships, and proprietary trading tools, we identified a high-probability selling zone to exit long positions and position for shorts. The setup played out perfectly, delivering an outstanding trading opportunity.

Let’s break down how we anticipated the reversal and capitalized on the move.

Trade Setup - 8th & 27th April, 2026 / H4 Charts

Our view was that Bitcoin and the broader crypto market had not yet completed the bearish cycle that began in October 2022.

We shared with our members the precise price zone where we expected this bearish phase to conclude and where Bitcoin would likely begin a new long-term bullish cycle. From that area, we anticipate the next impulsive advance to unfold, with the potential to carry Bitcoin to fresh all-time highs.

Meanwhile, a strong rally emerged in February and accelerated in late March as risk assets entered a fresh bullish cycle. Despite the strength of the advance in other risk assets, we believed it was a corrective bounce rather than the start of a new bull market in cryptos, presenting an opportunity for traders to position for the next leg lower.

Our view was based on several factors, including Elliott Wave market structure, intermarket analysis, and Bitcoin’s historical relationship with broader risk assets since the bearish cycle began in October 2025. We covered these factors in detail during our weekly and mid-week video analyses.

As a result, we advised members to “sell cryptos while risk is correcting.” On April 27, 2026, we shared the H4 chart below, identifying the 80,840–90,637 region as the ideal selling zone where the corrective rally was expected to end and the next bearish leg to begin, extending the decline from the October 2025 high.

TRIGGER - Early May, 2026 / 4-Hour

On May 5, 2026, Bitcoin entered our predefined selling zone, triggering the short setup exactly as anticipated. Our premium members initiated short positions, expecting a significant bearish move, with a protective stop placed at 90,600.

PROFIT - May/June, 2026 / 4-Hour

Bitcoin reached our predefined selling zone, triggering our pending short positions before reversing sharply lower, exactly as anticipated. With the bearish move underway, we concluded that the corrective rally from February had ended and shifted our focus to the next leg lower. At that point, our downside target was below 60,000, in line with our broader Elliott Wave outlook.

As Bitcoin declined, we continued to guide our members with daily H4 chart updates and twice-daily 30-minute intraday analyses. At the start of each week, we shared the broader market outlook using the Daily chart, while our weekly and mid-week video analyses provided a comprehensive breakdown of the bigger picture and the expected path ahead.

At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading at 59,195, successfully reaching our sub-$60,000 target. We continue to expect the bearish cycle to extend into the $40,000–$50,000 region before a major long-term bottom is in place. Meanwhile, our members have already secured profits from the trade while we monitor the market for the next high-probability opportunity.

A strong bullish trend started to develop on the Aussie from April 2025. From an Elliott Wave perspective, the bullish cycle remained incomplete, particularly as the US Dollar continued to show signs of extended weakness. Before the next leg higher began, AUDUSD underwent a corrective pullback between September and November 2025.

In December 2025, the pair broke above the September high, confirming the correction had ended and signaling readiness for the next bullish extension. In a strong bullish market, the focus should remain on buying the dips. Using a combination of Elliott Wave Theory, intermarket analysis, and proprietary indicators, we are able to identify with high probability whether a bullish trend is complete or still developing. When the cycle remains incomplete, buying pullbacks continues to offer the highest probability opportunity.

Following the breakout, the first buying opportunity emerged in early March 2026, highlighted by the first green zone below. Price rallied strongly afterward, delivering more than 150 pips in profit. A few weeks after, an even larger setup developed.

Trade Setup - 26th March, 2026 / H4 Chart

On 26th March 2026, we shared the H4 chart below with our premium Discord members, highlighting the emergence of wave 4 within the impulsive structure from the August 2025 low. Members were encouraged to buy at 0.6915 with a protective stop at 0.6780, targeting a minimum 1:2 risk-to-reward setup.

TRIGGER - 27th March, 2026 / 4-Hour

On 27th March, price entered the buying zone and triggered the long setup. Although the pair dipped deeper into the zone afterward, we maintained the bullish outlook and continued to hold the position.

PROFIT - 12th May, 2026 / 4-Hour

The chart below shows the latest H4 update shared with members. AUDUSD eventually reached the 1:3 risk-to-reward target, delivering more than 350 pips. Combined with the earlier March setup, the total move produced approximately 500 pips.

Wheat has been bearish since March 2022 and we continued to hold a bearish bias on the commodity for the upcoming weeks and even the next few months. However, an opportunity was presented on a platter to go long against the bearish market.

After the commodity completed an ending diagonal structure in December 2025 to mark the end of probably the 1st sub-wave of the 5th wave of the bearish run from the year 2022 top. We reconed a 2nd wave, i.e., wave (2) pullback will follow before the bears regain dominance. The wave A and B of (2) ended as the price broke higher. That confirmed to us that the rally has a big chance of continuation. In addition to the clues we got from intermarket analysis, we decided to go long and recommended this to our premium members

Trade Setup - 6th May, 2026 / H4 Chart

We decided to buy off the extreme of wave ((ii)) of C and gave members the zone to buy from as the 6th May update shows. We gave members the precise trade parameters. Long at 611, stop at 585 and targets at 664 and 700

TRIGGER - 8th May, 2026 / 4-Hour

Two days after, the long position was triggered and then the journal started

PROFIT - 12th May, 2026 / 4-Hour

A big surge followed to the target. In just a week, the trade ended in a big profit. That’s very fast for a swing setup. This win took us to 19R this year so far for Forex, commodities, and crypto signal groups, while we still have some trades running in profit and have not yet hit the target.

From an Elliott Wave perspective, the January 2022 low likely marked the start of wave (V) at supercycle degree, with November 2025 completing wave ((1)) of III of (V) — leaving room for a multi-year upside continuation.

CADJPY completed a major corrective cycle in April 2025 and shifted into a clear bullish sequence—printing higher highs and higher lows, supported by the BoJ’s ultra-loose policy backdrop. After завершing a strong Wave 3 impulse, we focused on buying the pullback.

The correction into March 2026 unfolded as a double zigzag (Wave 4), reaching our key support zone at 113.925–112.392. We shared this “buy zone” with members, and price reacted precisely—triggering longs before accelerating sharply, breaking above the previous Wave 3 high, and delivering +300 pips ahead of the recent sell-off.

AMD has delivered an exceptional rally in April, gaining over 54% within the month. From the March low to the April high, the stock has advanced more than 86%, making it one of the top performers in the March 2026 bullish cycle.

Notably, this surge caught a large portion of the market off guard. Ongoing geopolitical tensions between Iran, the U.S, and Israel had been weighing on sentiment. Even with the ceasefire providing some relief, confidence remained fragile. Many traders anticipated only a limited corrective bounce before a continuation lower, rather than the impulsive move that unfolded.

What the Elliott Wave Shows US

From an Elliott Wave perspective, the US stock indices were simply undergoing a corrective phase against the broader April 2025 bullish cycle. The decline unfolded as a classic zigzag structure, aligning with expectations for a corrective move rather than a trend reversal.

Within my Discord server, we anticipated the pullback to complete into late March and positioned accordingly. We identified and shared key buying zones for members, particularly in the SPX and Nasdaq, ahead of the next impulsive leg higher. Check SPX» HERE

AMD Bearish Cycle from October 2025

After completing a five-wave impulsive structure from the April 2025 low -wave (1), AMD transitioned into a corrective phase. This unfolded as a three-wave decline from the October 2025 peak, forming wave (2).

In line with Elliott Wave principles, a three-wave correction typically follows a five-wave advance. When the larger trend remains bullish and the higher-degree cycle is incomplete, the expectation is for another impulsive five-wave sequence to the upside.

With this framework, we focused on identifying extreme areas to position on the long side. The first opportunity emerged in November 2025, delivering a 26% move. However, the rally lacked follow-through and failed to break into new highs, leading to partial profit-taking for members.

Subsequently, the correction extended further, evolving into a more complex double correction structure, indicating a deeper and more time-consuming consolidation phase before the next impulsive leg.

AMD 16th February Elliott Wave Analysis

On February 16, we shared a chart with members highlighting a double zigzag structure, with wave (2) expected to complete within the 194.69–149.83 support zone. Based on this outlook, we advised members to initiate long positions around $194.7, with a protective stop at $148.25 and an upside target of $311. This setup was also documented in our trade journal for tracking and review.

AMD 16th February Elliott Wave Analysis

In late February, the stock retested the support zone and spent most of March consolidating just above it, reflecting a period of accumulation. On March 31, the anticipated impulsive move began, with momentum accelerating sharply through April, ultimately reaching our projected target.

What Next?

From an Elliott Wave standpoint, price action suggests AMD remains within wave (3), with the March cycle representing wave 1 of (3). This implies further upside potential, with wave (3) projecting toward the $497 region.

In hindsight, holding positions longer could have captured more of the move. However, adherence to a defined system is critical for consistency and risk management.

Importantly, the opportunity set is not exhausted. There is still scope to participate by trading off the lows of wave 2 within (3), as well as positioning for the eventual wave (4) pullback. That remains the tactical focus going forward.

The technical landscape further strengthened after the July 2024 high was decisively broken in October 2025. This breakout confirmed continuation and shifted the short- to medium-term cycle from March 2025 firmly in favor of the bulls. As a result, the prevailing strategy remains clear: buy the dips, as pullbacks are likely corrective and offer opportunities to align with the dominant trend.

SPX finally finished the bullish cycle from April. At some point, it appears the cycle was not going to end as it kept pushing higher. However, in late January, the pullback started and continued to extend lower, largely fueled by the war in the Middle East, causing oil prices to spike and raising inflation concerns. However, aside from the war headlines, the structure of the pullback was clearly corrective, and there was nothing special about it. At some point, the bullish trend would resume.

SPX Elliott Wave Trade Idea - 27th March Update

In late March, the Wave Chartist team shared the SPX chart above with members of our Discord private server, showing a clear double zigzag corrective structure and providing the zone where we expected the new bullish cycle to begin. At the very least, we expected a bounce that would correct the decline before prices continue lower. Thus, traders were encouraged to go long from 6482-6253 and set the stop slightly below the zone. So, ideally, the entry price was at 6482.

SPX Elliott Wave Trade Idea - 14th April Update

The chart above shows today’s SPX H4. The big 7-10% surge indicates that wave (2) has finished and a new bullish cycle has begun for wave (3). Thus, traders can take some profit and add more trades from another pullback after wave (1) high is breached. This is one out of many trade ideas shared in our private Discord server.
